Today the American & Canadian Delegation consist of 147 members, Japanese, German and French active chefs, 29 retired Members. Our chefs are present in all major Hotel, Restaurant, Pastry shops, Chocolate shops, R&D lab and production site. They come from the highest ranks of executive Savory Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Master Chocolatier, Scientist, wine maker, Restauratrice and Nutritionist.
