The North America Pastry Champions Trophy will take place at the 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show at the Javits Center in New York City on June 28th and 29th, bringing together the brightest young talents in the world of pastry.
Are you ready to represent your country and showcase the excellence of restaurant service on a global stage? Held every four years, the Maître d’Hôtel World Cup brings together the most talented front-of-house professionals—maîtres d’hôtel, chefs de rang, and restaurant managers—from around the world. The next edition will take place in 2026 in Japan, organized in partnership with IMSA. One candidate per country will be selected to compete through national selections, with a chance to win one of the most prestigious titles in hospitality.
