The North America Pastry Champions Trophy will take place at the 2025 Summer Fancy Food Show at the Javits Center in New York City, bringing together the brightest young talents in the world of pastry.

MAITRE D'HOTEL WORLD CUP 2026

Are you ready to represent your country and showcase the excellence of restaurant service on a global stage? Held every four years, the Maître d’Hôtel World Cup brings together the most talented front-of-house professionals—maîtres d’hôtel, chefs de rang, and restaurant managers—from around the world. The next edition will take place in 2026 in Japan, organized in partnership with IMSA. One candidate per country will be selected to compete through national selections, with a chance to win one of the most prestigious titles in hospitality.

Oeufs en Meurette World Championship

We are proud to announce that for the first time, a North America selection for the prestigious Œufs en Meurette World Championship will be held on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Portus 360 in Montréal, Canada. This iconic competition, founded at the Château du Clos de Vougeot—a landmark of French gastronomy—celebrates culinary excellence through this classic Burgundian dish. The winning chef will represent North America at the 7th World Final in Burgundy on October 12, 2025, coinciding with World Egg Day.

2nd Stuffed Cabbage World Championship

The Americas Selection will take place on Monday, June 2, 2025, at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York, organized by Bernardaud and the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France USA-Canada. We are currently seeking candidates from across the Americas (USA, Canada, Mexico, Central & South America). The winner will represent our region at the World Finale in Limoges this Fall.Deadline to register or modify your submission: April 25, 2025
