THE JEAN-JACQUES DIETRICH TROPHY.

This competition, held biennially in New York City, pays tribute to our late president Jean-Jacques Dietrich and is devoted to young chefs eager to showcase their talents.

THE INTERNATIONAL TROPHY PASSION.

This fierce competition aims to honor the rich heritage of French cuisine by inviting chefs from around the world to test their skills and display their talent in the heart of Paris.
