The 5th Annual Meeting in Canada. Montreal, 2026
From June 12 to 14, 2026, members, partners, chefs, and friends of the Académie Culinaire de France USA & Canada Delegation gathered in Montréal for our 5th Annual Meeting in Canada.
The weekend opened on Friday evening with a welcoming cocktail and induction ceremony. Members gathered in their chef jackets and medals to recognize and welcome new members into the Académie during a warm and meaningful evening.
On Saturday, guests traveled to Gaspor Farm for a relaxed outdoor pig roast barbecue. This convivial experience allowed everyone to discover the farm, enjoy the countryside, and share a memorable moment together away from the city.
The day continued with a gastronomic dinner at Bivouac, where Chef Xavier Dahan and his team welcomed our members for an evening showcasing some of the finest products from the local terroir.
Sunday began with a presentation and cocktail dedicated to our valued partners. Their continued commitment and generosity play an essential role in supporting the activities, competitions, educational initiatives, and development of our delegation.
The weekend concluded with the Académie Gala at the Place d’Armes Hotel, in the heart of Old Montréal. The five-course luncheon was prepared by renowned chefs and highlighted the richness and diversity of Canadian and French cuisines within a prestigious setting.
The gala offered a fitting conclusion to an exceptional weekend filled with gastronomy, friendship, professional exchange, and shared passion.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Canadian organizing committee, participating chefs, volunteers, partners, sponsors, venues, and everyone who contributed to the success of this fifth edition.
A special thank-you goes to all our members who traveled to Montréal and helped make this gathering such a memorable celebration. Your participation, commitment, and friendship continue to strengthen the Académie Culinaire de France throughout the United States and Canada.
