On October 5th and 6th, Montreal was filled with the vibrant spirit of celebration as 150 esteemed guests and chefs from North America and France came together to honor Bridor’s 40th anniversary. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to our partners and the dedicated Canadian team of the USA & Canada delegation for their outstanding efforts and impeccable organization. A special shoutout goes to Mr. and Mrs. Leduff for their generous hospitality, Chef Florimond Hannoteau for hosting an unforgettable welcome dinner at Restaurant Le Boulevardier, and Chef Helena Loureiro for curating a beautiful cruise along the Saint Laurent River. We are also grateful to Olivier Perret for his excellent coordination and to Mme Marie Lapierre, Consul General of France, for her invaluable support. Lastly, we extend our thanks to our World President, Fabrice Prochasson, for his inspiring leadership.
We are proud to celebrate Bridor’s 40th anniversary in Montreal, marking a milestone in French bakery excellence. We extend our deepest thanks to Chef Helena Loureiro for organizing this wonderful cruise on the Saint Laurent River. Around 40 of us gathered on a beautiful, sunny Sunday morning to enjoy the breathtaking views of the river and surrounding landscapes. It was truly a spectacular and memorable experience.
We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all the chefs involved in making our Gala Dinner at the Ritz-Carlton an unforgettable experience. Your culinary expertise and dedication truly elevated the evening. A special thank you to all the participants and our valued partners for your support and collaboration, which made this weekend a resounding success.
Congratulations to Chef Olivier Perret and Chef Frédéric Cyr on receiving the prestigious Silver Medal from the Académie Culinaire de France! This recognition is a testament to their outstanding culinary skills and dedication to French gastronomy. While we missed Chef Frédéric Cyr at the event due to his busy schedule, we still celebrate his achievements alongside Chef Olivier Perret. Unfortunately, there are no photos of Chef Cyr at the ceremony, but both chefs’ contributions to our culinary community are truly appreciated and honored.
