New York, 2023 Annual Congress
We are thrilled to announce that the 2023 Annual Congress of our academy was a resounding success! Over the course of a memorable weekend filled with festivities, we welcomed more than 220 esteemed guests.
The event kicked off on Friday, February 3rd, at the Consulate General of France in New York City, where we proudly inducted 23 new members into our esteemed academy.
On Saturday, February 4th, at the Institute of Culinary Education, we hosted Knowledge Sharing Day and our general assembly. It was a gathering of 90 guests, including 67 Academicians, who engaged in insightful discussions and shared their expertise.
The weekend culminated on Sunday, February 5th, with our traditional hunting and friendship dinner at the Ritz Carlton Nomade. This special evening brought together 220 guests, partners, and friends of our academy. Against the backdrop of warmth and camaraderie, we enjoyed an exceptional dinner and cherished moments of conviviality and friendship.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this congress an outstanding success. We look forward to continuing our journey of culinary excellence and camaraderie in the years to come!
