In collaboration with the Societe Culinaire Philantropique, their mission is to enhance the essence of French cuisine and infuse it with fresh energy through a new wave of chefs.
This prestigious trophy serves as a tribute to their late president, who dedicated 32 years of service to the Academie.
The winner of Jean Jacques Dietrich Trophy will receive an all-inclusive trip to Paris and represent the United States in the prestigious Trophée Passion International Cooking Contest hosted by L`Académie Culinaire de France.
