World Cup of Baking Americas Selection
Team USA & Team Canada Win Americas Selection for the World Cup of Bakers final.
Las Vegas, September 17, 2025 – After an intense two-day competition at the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE 2025), Team USA and Team Canada have been crowned winners of the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie – Americas Selection. Both teams will proudly represent the Americas at the prestigious world championship in Paris, France.
The Americas Selection brought together top professional baking teams from Brazil, Canada, Ecuador, Mexico, and the USA, competing across Bakery, Viennoiserie, and Artistic Bread Showpiece categories. Participants demonstrated remarkable precision, creativity, and technical mastery, with judges evaluating artistry, taste, and execution.
