FREDERIC LANGE
Chef Frédéric Lange, a native of Champagne, France, and a Maître Cuisinier de France, was the former Chef/Owner of Lavender Restaurant in Southern Arizona. He launched his career in Provence and served as Executive Chef at fine-dining establishments in France and the Washington, DC area before opening Lavender Restaurant in Green Valley, Arizona.
