Brandon SCOTT team USA Candidates at the 2019 Trophy Passion in Paris, Brandon has generously give is time and passion to this competition. He trained in Chicago at the French Pastry School among renowde coaches who also give their time to Brandon and fulfill the Academie legacy as to teach and transmit our “Know-how”.
Cheffe Chainey Kuykendall winner of the Trophy Jean-Jacques Dietrich 2020, trained in Washington at CREA kitchen for 6 month under the captaincy of Academician A.J Schaller with Commis Alysh Padro. The Team Finish 4th Place and was awarded best Team effort and best commis of this 2022 competition in Paris at the Equip Hotel trade fair.
